Check your inbox for instant access!
We will send an email to the email address you provided from [email protected].
If you don't receive it, check your promotions folder or junk mail.
May we suggest you add our emails to your safe senders list:
You may have noticed that Gmail has broken up the inbox into different “tabs” - PRIMARY, PROMOTIONS & SOCIAL. If you are missing some or all of the emails we have been sending to you, follow these steps:
Go to the “Promotions” tab, if you see one of New Earth Families’ emails there, please drag it to the “Primary” tab.
A yellow bow will appear at the top asking to do this for all future messages, please click “yes”.
The same steps can be followed for the emails under the SOCIAL tab.
If you still can’t find the email:
Go to your spam/junk folder
If you see it there, click the box to the left of the most recent one and click the “not spam”
